Vouchers can be redeemed for lunch Monday to Saturday or dinner on Sundays and Mondays starting from 11 November until 27 March, 2012. Reservations are essential and must be made by phone before 6 March, 2012. Does not apply to items from the specials board. The Deal
For just $35, enjoy an authentic Italian meal for two at Bicicletta near Lake Burley Griffin. The deal comes with tomato bruschetta to share and two pizzas or pastas from the menu, plus two glasses of wine or beer. It would normally cost over $78 for two.
Begin your meal with tomato bruschetta served on homemade bread. For your main course, move on to pasta, like the homemade tagliatelle with duck ragù, or one of the crispy pizzas. Our favourite is the pizza with spinach, prawns, cherry tomatoes and chilli.
Recently reopened, the menu at Bicicletta was created by Italian chefs from Pizza e Birra and Mille Vini in Sydney and predominantly features pizza and pasta. The focus is on fresh, local produce and seasonal cooking.
The restaurant is located in the award-winning boutique Diamant Hotel, positioned near Lake Burley Griffin in the centre of Canberra.
