The Deal
For just $45 for two people, enjoy a 2-course lunch at the popular Bistro Allure in Brisbane's Sebel King George Square. Valued at more than $100, this offer includes one main, one dessert and one glass of house wine or beer per person.
Each guest may select from the following exclusive menu, which includes popular items not usually featured at lunch:
Main (choice of):
-Crispy Atlantic salmon with potato, gherkin and summer herbs with a chervil emulsion
-Grass-fed beef tenderloin with cabernet braised cheek, parsnip whip, porcini mushrooms and saffron broth
-250g Berkshire pork cutlet with crisp polenta chips, caramelised pear and truffle butter
Dessert (choice of):
-Wild strawberry parfait with seasonal berries, balsamic jelly, basil and vanilla bean gelato
-Chocolate cylinder with white and dark marquise, smoked macadamias, salted caramel and cocoa sorbet
-Lemon delicious pudding with lemon curd, crisp meringue and roasted coconut
-Apple pie mousse with fresh blackberries, cassis jelly, Granny Smith apple sorbet and white chocolate powder
In addition each guest receives a glass of house white or red wine, or a choice of local beer or soft drink.
