Begin with a visit to the iconic Cu Chi Tunnels, used as hiding spots and supply tunnels by Viet Cong soldiers during the war. You’ll then explore the Mekong Delta, visiting orchards, a bee farm and the bustling Cai Rang floating markets on a boat tour.

Enjoy the journey to Dalat through the Bao Loc Mountain Pass, stopping off at a fish farm on the way. You’ll visit Thuyen Lam Lake and the picturesque grounds of Truc Lam Temple. Board a boat in Hue for a ride down the Perfume River, visiting the Thien Mu Pagoda and Emperor Minh Mang’s tomb. See the magnificent Hue Citadel before your plane journey to Hanoi where you’ll see highlights such as the dazzling Old Quarter, almost 40 streets packed with local markets, Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum and the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university built in 1070.

Your final stop in Hanoi will also include a trip to Halong Bay where you’ll board a half-day cruise, taking in the rugged limestone formations and a seafood lunch feast.
