This unique trip starts and finishes in Queensland’s Cairns and includes:
The first day of the tour visits the Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation and includes spear fishing as well as a lesson on the traditional indigenous way of life and a visit to the Aboriginal arts centre. You will spend the night in a rainforest lodge located on the beach.
On the second day you will travel by 4x4 to Bloomfield Falls and participate in the ‘Walk of the Women’, learning about female Aboriginal customs and knowledge. This night will be spent either in swags under the stars or in multi-share cabins if it's raining.
The final day is spent examining historic Aboriginal rock cave paintings and learning of their origins from a traditional story teller. The tour finishes at approximately 6pm in Cairns, where you will be free to leave at your leisure.
