Condé Nast Traveler recognised the Aldrovandi Villa Borghese with a 2012 Gold List inclusion and 2011 Readers' Choice Award. Chef Oliver Glowig worked at a 2-Michelin Star restaurant in Capri before coming to Rome to open his restaurant at the hotel. Dishes at his gourmet establishment include marinated tuna belly with mustard poached pear sauce and ravioli filled with broccoli rabe, as well as cuttlefish with garlic, olive oil and chilli sauce.
