The Deal
For just $76, indulge in a 4-course European dinner for one at Alba, Hong Kong. The deal comes with two entrees, one main, dessert with tea or coffee to finish. Each guest receives a glass of Prosecco with their meal. This special menu is prepared by celebrity chef Bryan Nagao.
Chef Bryan Nagao was former celebrity chef of Felix, the Peninsula Hong Kong, and former head chef of Japanese restaurant Kokage in Hong Kong. Originally from Hawaii with Japanese roots, Nagao uses his unique and innovative styles of cooking for fine European cuisine with Asian influence.
The restaurant is located in Cubus, Causeway Bay, one of the hippest dining landmark in Hong Kong.
