Following a £45 million refurbishment, this luxury hotel with views of Kensington Gardens has recently been awarded a coveted five Red Stars by the AA. A 10-minute walk from the Royal Albert Hall, it offers easy access to the swanky shops of Knightsbridge and High Street Kensington. Facilities include the 3-AA-Rosette Min Jiang Chinese restaurant, a health club and a holistic spa.

This offer is valid for stays through May 10. Tuesday and Wednesday stays are an extra $78 (£50) per night.
