Discounted flights to the Caribbean during spring break are hard to come by. Yet, American Airlines is promoting a new spring Caribbean sale with reduced fares from over 50 U.S. cities for travel through May 28. 

Flights start at $108 each way, based on roundtrip travel to more than 15 top island destinations. Wind surf in Aruba, snorkel in the Cayman Islands, sip a pina colada in Jamaica or just relax on a white-sand beach at one of the many destinations on sale.
