New flight routes and a booming tourist trade mean Croatia has been earmarked by many as the country to visit in 2013. Croatia's islands are "best discovered from the deck of a yacht", says Condé Nast Traveller -- see them for yourself with this rare yacht cruise deal for $842 (£549) per person, saving over 30% on the regular price.
The offer includes seven nights aboard a 50-foot sailing yacht in a twin or double cabin, with all meals. There are two itineraries: one sets sail from Dubrovnik and the other from Split, and the route will change according to the weather and local conditions. Stops might include Brač, Mljet, Ploče, Korčula and Hvar. The maximum group size is eight and the trip will be led by an experienced skipper.
Croatia's beaches are mostly pebbly and "the best are accessible only by boat", reckons Condé Nast Traveller. The country is a firm favourite with Travelzoo Deal Experts -- we recommend a trip to the lushly green Mljet National Park, or a stroll around the harbour in Hvar, "Dalmatia's trendiest destination" according to The Guardian.
The trips set sail on select dates from May 4 - September 28. Click on the booking link below to see specific departure dates.
